The fish were very very fresh. But I felt the rice had too much vinegar. The first nigiri was loaded with so much vinegar (as the same with the rest of the meal) that I couldn't really taste the fish. As the meal goes on, and the heavier the flavour the fish, I suppose the amount of vinegar matches with the fish at the end. But I'm not sure if it's because I got used to the super sour taste?
