I took 2 birthday cakes (wheater and black forest, not in conformity with artisanal pastry cakes, rather supermarket cake: black artificial whipped forest, no confit cherries, no Genoa, not good (the guests did not eat. Strawberry: no diplomat cream inside but an artificial strawberry mousse there too, not good. At 5 €, we wait for artisanal pastry, not industrial pastry. I had a retired pastry from my guests...
