"Auberge de moulin is the first guess food in a beautiful village on a cliff. I radiated from isola on a perfect day, climbed through a beautiful valley and managed to reach roubion by midday. I had not expected that I would find something special in this little village, maybe a cool drink or snack in a small food business. but as I pushed my bike along the old narrow road and turned the corner voila! a big group was in festive mood and chatting at the entrance so many that I thought it was a private party. to my great pleasure I was just in time for lunch and treated to an exquisite meal: starting with panache de crudites and a assiette de charcuteries. the main course was a delicious lasagne in a white cream sauce, while dessert was a chocolate cherry ice cream with cream and apricot sauce. with a small pichet red wine and coffee to finish, the meal was worth less than 25 euro. fantastic! if they are close to these opposite in the alps of Provence, they must see roubion and dine at the auberge de moulin."

"Excellent! The cook knows his job. A treat from the entrance to the dessert, to a succulent dish. wines are good but excellent cuisine. Attention the quantities are here! Good and fine. What else do you want? It's sublime: from the pink floyd to chat your ears! You leave this establishment full belly, spirit and light heart! bravo"
