Looked to be recently opened and staffed by the most pleasant young chap with perfect skills and manners. Several set menus with plenty of choice for each course. Entree buffet was especially nice kept hygienic in a cloched cooler. the map on the internet is no longer current ( rates and menus ) . since the restaurant is with the beach coffee , on Saturday evening from 22h , we "take advantage of the very noisy concert .not practical either for the waitress that can no longer be understood .service lent and complicated. Superb meal made by an exceptional chef the quality, the presentation of the dishes, the taste, are there in a à la carte menu for a reasonable price all. Too bad the environment is not up to the plate but it seems that it will change. This place deserves to be known. I recommend

Tarte au myrtilles came with a dash of both chantlly And crème anglais for a spectacular finale . With petit crème café it still came in at under €50. Well worth searching for in la Bourboule!
Very long and bad service, no traditional cuisine in this restaurant despite a very good reception
Good service despite a truffle without flavor with a ham of dry country as there is no.Menu has 19,90 salad non comforme a la carte.Their excuse: we will not put all the same ingredients that the card has, otherwise there are no interets. When we pay we ask for a simple gesture. The waitress calls the boss who makes us almost a scandal because we didn't appreciate. And his bending when we leave is that we have to go taste truffle elsewhere. Well, my dear gentleman will be with great pleasure.
Without a crack. a restaurant without surprise but honest. We ate very well on Sunday night. As his name suggests, the gargantusque plate is huge. Red meat is very good.
