What Heather Key likes about El Pollo Loco:
This is the perfect place to head to after a movie. We went to see Indiana Jones at the Regal Theater then headed to El Pollo Loco for a toastada extra chicken salad with the Cilantro creamy dressing and chips.Drive thru was empty. What Clyde Manor doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
A disaster if a location that gets orders wrong more than half the time, is consistently out of items, and is understaffed by slow, unhelpful employees. I like EPL and would recommend ANY other location…this place needs new management immediately or should be shut down by corporate. A disaster. View all feedback.
