La Carta - La Ciotat

Arrive at 12:15 in couples, we're putting the cards the restaurant is not full!! 12h50 still no order taken while the waitress makes go back next to us!! a table settles after us and right next to us, barely sitting apéro and taking command and us?? We could?? Change job!

If they offer a 3 course lunch menu for 14,50 euro, they can expect that is full every day of the week and la carta! for an evening meal is the selection good, wee is cheap and service is excellent, but the food is nothing special. our common starter of roasted camembert with salat was delicious enough and did not need any chips to accompany it frozen. for the main course I chose derecote with a pfeffer sauce, but the outstanding taste was from the vegetable oil in which it was fried. a common starter (comedy in size,) 2 main dishes, a common dessert and a bottle red bordeaux came to 80 euro. a very reasonable price, but for a very ordinary meal.

Eating is good and the staff is nice. they can sit outside on a terrace with a woven dach. they offer lunch menus, but we went to a public holiday if not all menus were available, the lamb gigot was delicious.

A good welcome and a good kitchen. nothing exceptional but we feel that the proposed kitchen is made with fresh products. for lunch it is very good and a ratio of quality correct price.

Having by chance with my wife discovered this restaurant, and well the chance does well, welcome very well of the 2 smiling waitress and in addition we have very well eaten and report quality price nothing to say, we will surely return to this restaurant , soon
