After having read the critics and the former locations of the chef, expectations were rather high.Ambiance and interior is ok, very standard. Coquille de Saint Jaques were heavily oversalted, the ham in the asparagus velouté was unrecognizable, swimming somewhere on the bottom, the catch of the day (dorade) was dry and fibrous while as the beef fillet was nice and perfectly cooked.
