District 1 Pho - La Costa

What Ropl likes about District 1 Pho:
I've had many Vietnamese pho all over the world, this one inside the Windmill food court was quite good--the sliced beef was surprisingly tender.The operator was accommodating by taking my order early before they open around 11am.The only beef I had was for almost $20 the Pho Dac Biet was kind of smallish compared to what I am accustomed to. What Jenny L doesn't like about District 1 Pho:
My son wanted some spring rolls, so I ordered a banh mi to try also, but the bread was very hard. It hurt my jaws from chewing. I didn't want it to go to waste, so I ate some of it, deconstructed style. Probably should have gotten a bowl of pho, I saw a few people order the pho, and the portions looked so small that I didn't.Sadly, I won't be coming back again.
