What Steven Diaz doesn't like about Starbucks:
I come here often because I charge my Tesla near by. Often times when I come I. A run into a few things that can be a bit distasteful. Waiting in a slow moving line can be understandable in most occasions, but not when employees continuously talk to each other or “regulars” for unnecessary amount of time. Convenient at the outlet. Great Starbucks. Not a lot of seats inside but there’s outside seating!
Guy making coffee was either having a bad day, hates his job or a spoiled brat. Doesn’t speak clearly can’t multitask. Tried asking a question was completely ignored. Was rude when he did speak.
I went into the Starbucks today, was the only person in line and stood at the register for approximately one and a half minutes before any of the seven employees acknowledged me.

And when they finally decide to take mine, it 's the little condescending tone that really got me. Yes I 'm an older person but not so old as to have my hand held. Then when it 's time give out my drink, it 's said in a matter that I couldn 't distinguish their conversation and my name. This won 't make a difference because of the size of the company and the location, but this is my observation.
About what you would expect. This was very close to our hotel.
