Sunday 4/28/24 I Purchased pretzel bites and 3 cheese dips to share w friends . They were old and stale . My friend spit his in a napkin . I asked for a refund . They told me they could not refund because they did not know how. She then replaced my pretzel bites with a regular pretzel and still no refund even though the pretzel is cheaper than the pretzel bites. I sat down to eat the pretzel, this one was undercooked...
