I stopped here while driving from Madison to the Twin Cities, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. The "Vegetaric" section on the menu appears to be entirely vegan. I just wish there were more vegan options and clearer labeling for other vegan items like chips and salsa, as well as guacamole. The tacos were very tasty and the prices were reasonable too.
