I bought a root beer growler on Thursday night and stored it in my hotel room's mini refrigerator. Saturday morning I woke up to find the root beer was frozen and the glass busted. I have loved the Pearl for my whole life. But three separate times in a row my order is lost or something. Today I watched 11 people order and then get malts and cones and everything else before us.
