I tried the turtle, strawberry and pecan cheesecake. They are super delicious....definately worth giving a try!

"I had the tacos mexico. They were so good!! The onions on the side were sautéed w chorizo. I like that the tortilla isn't dripping with oil. My friend had the Angels plate and she liked it too, but she said my tacos were better."

"Laurel Park Bistro in Harlingen Texas, is wonderful French American restaurant. The staff is friendly accommodating and very cordial. Given its location, they have attempted and succeeded at paying attention to the smallest details. Everything from the French linen napkins to the fresh flowers was absolutely perfect. The menu offers a variety of wonderful foods, but to me the true test of an accomplished chef is their ability to cook a truly French omelet. While an omelet sounds deceivingly simple, it is a technical skill that can showcase, a chef’s abilities. Let me tell you, in technical ability the omelet was perfect, in addition to being delicious. I can't wait to return and sample all the other dishes. About the only criticism I could have about the restaurant is that, with its incredible dishes, they will soon be unable to accommodate all the people that will want to go there. The restaurant is tiny. I kind of hope everyone ignores this review and goes somewhere else…JK…."

"We were driving near by and stumbled upon this place, so glad we did! The food was delicious. Highly recommend the fettuccine Alfredo. The spaghetti and meatballs was also good! The portions are a good size. They have so many types of pizza to choose from, definitely will be going back! The prices were not bad either. Great environment for the family and lots of space! Most of the employees are teenagers and the service was outstanding!! They were all busy doing something. We were there as they were about to close and they were making the facility spotless! Overall great experience! Thank you!"

"I'd heard about the Chicken Fried Chicken platter so I had to stop by and try it. Wasn't disappointed. The whole chicken breast barely fit on the plate. Crunchy on the outside but soft, juicy and perfectly cooked on the inside. We also had a Caldo de Pollo. The bowl was humongous! The soup was very tasty and love that they leave the rice and Chicken outside the bowl which leaves room for lots of veggies and broth. We ended our lunch with a slice of pumpkin cake from their dessert choices. This cake is a family favorite. Moist pumpkin carrot cake flavor with a rich cream cheese frosting."
