What Sophie Payet doesn't like about La Combe Haute:
Visite 16/02 14:30 Je n'ai pas du tout aime le snack que j'ai testé pour la première fois hygiène déplorable les gars fument leurs clopes près du canapé et après servent les clients. Le hot dog a même le plateau même pas emballé dans une serviette et la gaufre supposée au Nutella le serveur à du mettre ses 2 doigts dans le pot tellement que c'était"dégueulasse" 2 traces de doigts !! Je préfère le côté restaurant sans... View all feedback.
The restaurant that is perfect for a short break or lunch on the Sarenne pists. it is located at the end of the run in the flatter part, so some may be reluctant to stop as they think they lose the dynamics. to reach the chairlift. However, there are enough pists to make it break after their deserved and they do not need to be a long run skier!
Small caffeine next to the restaurant. the prices are not high as they would expect in france, personal is very polite
Had a lovely meal... would recommend it for lunch. It is at the bottom of Sarenne. Beware it can be busy, and it is wise to book for the restaurant so that you are not disappointed. There is an outside snack bar, but we found...the service here slow and we got pretty cold waiting.
As a family of 5 we have eaten there several times over the last 2 years.. Itis a convenient place to regroup at the bottom of the long Sarenne run. It is cosy ans you may share a table. The food is excellent, good dishes...of the day.
We were there 4 years ago and were looking forward to a return visit. After skiing Sarenne then getting onto the run Le Gua you come across this place on your right. It is just short of the Chalvet chair lift. A busy place, large...portions, excellent food and it is in the sunshine at lunchtimes.
