"Forgot to photograph the food before I dug in, but the picture speaks for itself as the massive bites missing were phenomenal. The only downside to this experience was we arrived during a busy shift change, and our appetizer didn?t come out until the rest of the entrees came out. However, we weren?t charged for the appetizer. Great customer service. Despite the shift change, our table always had something to drink as well. The prices are a little high for a sports bar kinda environment, but we will definitely be going back as the food was great and the service was also amazing!"

"I ordered a 12-oz steak medium well. it came out as a 16-oz piece of leather. my man ordered a 16-oz steak medium. he got a 12 oz with 3 different temperatures, which varies from medium to well made. not very consistent with cooking and not for the first time we had this problem with this place."

"We had dinner at Mitchells. Everything we ordered from the gumbo to the entrees were wonderful. There were three of us and we all had something different. One had pecan crusted trout and it was very good. One had salmon and he said it was wonderful. I had the shrimp and scallops in a wonderful sauce and it was the best. Our waiter, Andy, was very efficient and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderfully pleasant experience. We look forward to a return visit. We come to Louisville every year for 10 days and love it."

"Authentic, delicious, and affordable Mexican food with large portions. My wife ordered a taco salad with beef, and I enjoyed a tasty steak burrito. We promptly ordered at the window and our food was ready in 5 minutes. They also have many flavors of smoothies, but we didn't get one because it was a little warm outside. The taco salad was fresh, and every bite made you want more. I was surprised by the size of burrito, it easily weighed over a pound. Neither entree was spicy, definitely worth stopping by if you are in town."

"Great value for wee luck hour is a must! 1/2 price weeping through the glass on a decreasing wine list from the opening until 18:30 clock. we ordered one of the tasty flatbread pizzas for an appetizer, cheeseburger, ahi tuna with fried kale (absolut ingenial,) and garlic. all very delicious!"

"Stoney River is my favorite restaurant ever! I love the atmosphere, the friendliness, the food is amazing! My favorite is the San Francisco Spinach Dip with their house made tortilla chips, their steaks are phenomenal, Creme Brûlée is to die for. I would definitely choose this place over Ruth’s Chris or Jeff Ruby’s any day. I can’t wait to go back!"
