What User likes about La Onda:
Restaurant close to the beach, with real Italian food. Friendly service and good trip tips and information from Ramon. We especially enjoyed the garden-atmosphere with a rabbit-sized blue crab that was having fun following us around! :-) View all feedback.
What Júlia Horák doesn't like about La Onda:
Pizza's were fine, service was poor, unorganized. Lots of people were waiting for ages for food. Softdrinks ordered were not available and we also got different drinks than ordered. On top of this: the bill was raised with 10% for unclear reasons to me. Possibly a service surcharge, but it was not mentioned. Pretty arrogant ! So I would not recommend this place to anyone. They claim the best pizza on earth and they may be right but for sure the best in tulum. Great little vibe and super cool staff. The drinks are fantastic
