good quality dishes with correct amounts. The letter is not extensive but does not need it. All the incomings we've taken, croquettes, pump, potatoes with egg and ham were perfect. a special review for the cook who came out to explain to me that I had to cut the singlemillo into several pieces to ensure that it was tempered and’a that we asked for the very little made meat.
