Roberto's Bistro's food and service are both exceptional. It's a friendly, laid back place with a cool vibe right on the beach. As added bonuses, they have a wonderful turtle sanctuary education program & great live music 1 - 2x's per week. A must for a fun night out in Troncones. View all feedback.

Have been coming to Troncones for vacation the last five years. Have always (really) enjoyed Roberto's vacio cut of beef. Maybe one of the best I've ever had. However, this trip I have had the vacio (large one, my wife and I split) twice and both times they were very disappointing. I honestly don't even think it was a true vacio cut.
