Just walked in to buy bottle of wine. She hands me a list. She watched me struggle and couldn't offer to help. Customer service is dead. I really wanted to try their wine, I reached into my purse for my eye glasses. But decided if she wasn't going to offer help then I'm gone I'll take my money somewhere else. I had a pleasant afternoon, but I would have preferred more substantial food options.
