Mario's De La Mesa

I'm reaching out today to see if new owners are finally using Mario's recipes. When we last visited the restaurant, none of the original recipes were being used. I would know, as my family has been loyal patrons since the late 80's.The photos that are on these review site must be leftover from the Glory Days. The beans and rice are not the same, chips (no) salsa (no) the rolled tacos were like Costco. The only thing that was remotely close, was the carne asada burrito. So, riddle me this: if the owner was the previous worker for all of these years, why in the world would he not be using the recipes that he has to know by heart.Please take down the photos of the original Mario's and replace with the new food.Bait Switch??

New group operation!I am addicted to there Chile Rellenos the best ! And the peblano chile amazing. Have been 3 times in last month. So happy that Mario's is back with a kitchen staff that cares.Service is also great .Thank youThat Retired Executive Chef
