I've been going to Vallarta in La Mesa ever since they opened. My favorite is the Pollo Quesodia. But all too often the item isn't cooked/warmed long enough to melt the cheese. So when you pick up the tortilla sections the chicken falls out. Maybe they aren't putting much cheese in the tortilla now. I think it's both issues not enough cheese and not warmed long enough.
