I spoke in Spanish to the lady serving and she responded only in English even though she spoke perfect Spanish, I felt discriminated against. As I saw that she only answered me in English, I spoke to her in my perfect English since I was born in the US and I graduated from university in the US and when she placed the order she and the kitchen person spoke to her in Spanish. Worse customer service experience. I called the store to ask what time they close she said 8:20pm I said maps says I can be there at 8:22pm. She said she had no idea how much chicken they had left nor did she bother to ask the cook or ask if I could do a phone order.
