Had 3 tables booked on 3 different evenings over Christmas. Third time they didn’t have our booking and weren’t very accommodating to sort their mistake. We had the WhatsApp message feed for all 3 booking’s along with them saying yes your booked in. Awful service and no apology. Maybe a table in an hour but no guarantee, not happy at all. Won’t be back as didn’t expect to be treated so badly as loyal customers. View all feedback.
