"We were thrilled to try the pizza with vegan cheese, but unfortunately they were out tonight. We had the vegetable pizza without cheese, which was fine. Also pasta with olive oil and mushrooms. Huge portion and quite tasteful!"

"We lived in La Paz for a month and tried all the ice cream places on the Malecón, this one is definitely the best. The scoops are generous. You get 2 scoops for 45 pesos. I thought I would save some money and get a 1/2 liter for 90 pesos and take it home, but the reality is that the 1/2 liter isn't much more than 4 scoops anyway so you're getting a good amount of ice cream for their 2 scoop price and a good homemade cone. Go try some today! The Rocky Road has a great dark chocolate base."

"The is a really fantastic Mezcal bar in La Paz that also serves some cocktails and a few small bites. An extensive Mezcal list that was carefully picked and you can tell they personally love these Mezcals. Moises and Atilla are really enthusiastic, knowledgable, witty, personable...people. They will walk you through all the flavor types of Mezcals they offer and the history behind . It's a great place to hang out in their patio,or inside and just relax . It's one block up from the Malecon if you want to get away from the super busy spots or run of the mill places. There needs to be more spots like this because they really offer some great stuff. Get the Raicilla Japo or the Cupreata Michoacan."
