What User doesn't like about Juan Cholet:
Very good food but there are not many options of national dishes, as one would think by the name. The place seemed a bit cold and impersonal, perhaps for the green, the light is not warm and the spaces feel empty. Music doesn't go with decoration. The only thing about Cholet is the painting of the walls. If it was a restaurant, anyone would do better, it's a lot to be a theme restaurant. View all feedback. What User likes about Juan Cholet:
Great food, meats and octopus to the point, and a live band of 80's classics in excellent Spanish. I keep the 5th star for the outer atmosphere of the cholet, which does not evoke the architectural style of which the name derives. View all feedback.

Tipycal Bolivian cuisine with gourmet twist in a colorful Anden mestizo baroque environment. Try the Pique Cholet, it's delicious.
