We had the opportunity to go 3 times to the restaurant during our stay in Burgundy Franche-Comté. Everything's good at Burdet! Meat, poultry, fish, cheese, dess...

With a small fondue and any dish.The kitchen is excellent even if the decor stays oldillotte... the habit does not make the monk.

"Very welcoming and super staff, everything is done at home that it feels and it's very good, for me I took the blue that was super good and my little girlfriend chicken the only little flaw of the chicken would be to cut it a little bit more in slice otherwise everything is serious good, I highly recommend."

"Pleasant welcome without health pass verification. 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting to be served with a 3 year old child which is understandable because there is only one waitress in the room and there are people but still... Good products but in more than limited quantities for certain dishes. Outdated wicker placemats with an unpleasant smell. We still had a pleasant time there. But finally when you give 3 stars without comment, you get turned on in return, too bad..."

"Staying in the hotel, we came here to eat here. we received a warm welcome. the service was however slow on most things. the starters were enjoyed, especially the thunfish and the black johannisbeerlachs. the mains were disappointing. the salmon “fresh from New Zealand” was...tonish and a ridiculously high price (also for genf! the servierpersonal said that the part was advertised as on the menu, but again on the menu online, it did not mention the portion size. the salad menu was a great idea in the heat, but the garnels in the garnalate were dry and overcooked and the salad part was not interesting enough for a main course. I would choose to not eat here again."

"An excellent restaurant. Food is delicious. Wine well priced too. And atmosphere and service v good. The chairs are so comfortable that you want to stay all evening. The place is much nicer than you would imagine from the photos."

"Very enjoyable experience. Was able to do a late teppanyaki (9:30pm) after a movie. Fun way to spend an evening and then can easily head to casino after!"
