Inadmissible. We offered a gift of €350 to our great parents. Unfortunately our grandmother recently disappeared, so we asked to be reimbursed in the circumstances. This has been denied to us, which is unacceptable in the circumstances. To avoid, antipathic and heartless staff. View all feedback.
