What Nicole Haught likes about Dairy Queen:
We went on a Sunday evening. The Drive Thru was pretty busy, but inside only one person in line. We did the $7 meal deal and paid the extra to upgrade the sundae to a blizzard. I got the new Reeses Take 5 Blizzard and my family member got the ChocoBrownie Extreme Blizzard. Both were good. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant and nice. Unfortunately, they prepared our food, placed it on the back counter and forgot about us. The food sat there for 20 minutes until someone finally came by, bagged it and handed it to us. Itwas nasty at that point. We won't be going back. View all feedback.

Everything was perfect here. Great customer service. Delicious, hot, perfectly cooked food. Plus they have military discount. Love it here

"Confirmed order three times and they still put sugar in my smoothie just awful. I took a few sips and instantly knew there was so much sugar I felt sick to my stomach. I returned to the store to get a refund. Unfortunately, I will no longer patronize this store after this incident. Further training on common courtesies with the public is severely needed along with taking correct orders."
