What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The manager, Nellie, is terrible. She constantly yells at her employees, even in front of customers. She is extremely rude and lacks customer service and management skills. On the other hand, I have to give 5 stars to the assistant, Cindy. She is amazing and should be the general manager as she exemplifies great customer service. View all feedback.
