we stopped there for lunch, the tourist season is over, it was hard to find a place, we had no regret, nicer owners who served the food, which was simply great:...

very good reception and served quickly. The setting is pleasant. On the other hand, the charcuterie is less good than elsewhere.

excellent tasting menu. very good Corsican products and authentic cuisine. The boar was divine and the sublime fiadone. pleasant service without taking the head...

No mistake from beginning to end. everything is good and done at the timepatrice is at the top by taking off from start to end alain

"Menu at 22€ with input/plat /dessert. We tasted wild boar terrine, cannellonis and grilled fish. The two dishes were very good. For dessert we took Corsica cheese. It's very good, the nice welcome for this one served us, but another young man looked closed and not smiling. We need the health pass. Clean toilets but water hunting is very little. Well placed near the citadel. Fresh rosé glass"

"After arriving on Saturday we walked in to La San Carlu early on Sunday evening with no reservation. We were lucky enough to get a table for 5 outside where the fans on the canopy made for a pleasant cool atmosphere on the terrace. Straight to mains and two of us had local fish from the specials menu and that has to be a recommendation. Beautifully fresh fish cooked really well and when you munch through 7 fish for dinner you can’t really complain about value. Also moulds frite was excellent and the staff are happy to change dishes from the menu on request. A lovely fresh white wine from the list of Corsican origin accompanies the fish dishes superbly. Just enough room for a local dessert Pastizza and again well worth trying. Great food, excellent staff and a brilliant evening. Definitely be going to Paella night on Thursday."
