Please be more attentive. Employees are always scattered. There’s a lack of process and it shows. I was first on their waitlist outside waiting for a text to be seated. Instead of notifying me first they end up seating and serving a walk-in group. I was upset to say the least. Do better because your food is delicious. View all feedback.
What renderos doesn't like about Caramelo Café:
I don't give it that much rating because for the food there is a lot of waiting and when they start to get excited it's dish by dish they don't serve you everything at once and I asked for coffee and they never served it to me, it's a shame it's very delicious View all feedback.
Lots of food, delicious coffee and excellent service
Delicious crepes , the poblano and chicken savory crepe was so yummy .
All the food is great here but we always specifically come for the chilaquiles and coffee!
Good place for tasty food, but didn't appreciate the price of items. $5 for regular coffee is just too much. I tried the Chila-rrito, DO NOT BUY!!! Not worth the $18. Just because they put chilaquiles, they add another $5 from a regular burrito, that's a rip-off. Chilaquiles is the least expensive item to make. If anything, that burrito should cost less, it had very little meat.
Overall this place looked like a dumbster and the food was kind of messy I would turn this place around
