Visited this local restaurant for the first time today. Under new ownership. Met the owners, very friendly and nice. Order two plates of birria and a few quesatacos to go. Plate came with your choice of birria along with rice, beans, salsa, some consume and a side of tortillas. Very tasty. The quesatacos ? are really good. Very disappointed and lost of quality control from El Chivo. I ordered 4 birras of chivo on August 1,2021 and it was the most disappointing birra I have ever had. The chivo meat was as chewy as beef jerky and just disappointing. Not only was it distasteful but it was also mixed in with beef. Chivo and Res is a different meat that why we ordered birra de Chivo.
