cuando se contrato el servicio prometieron cosas que en ningún momento ofrecieron. Tanto en el desayuno, donde habían prometido diferentes cosas y solo dieron dos facturas por persona (evidentemente esas facturas no eran del dia) y una taza de café con leche, la cual no se podía repetir.
