The Terebinto de la Ramirez de Velazco historically had the best tenderloin in La Rioja. Now things have changed; We ordered two complete chicken tenders and the waiter offered us: mayonnaise? We said yes. The chicken loin, with a sufficient amount of chicken but (we were already observing it before), the amount of lettuce and tomato is ridiculously little! Mayonnaise, scarce. The rest was good including the fries. The bad thing was that they brought us mayonnaise in a mini container and charged us an extra $200 plus another $200 for the Chimichurri. The truth is that it is disappointing that they charge for what a lomito inhata incorporates. We ordered a one-liter beer, very expensive, $3000. The total bill: $8200, 2 chicken tenders, extra unnecessary mayonnaise, chimichurri, a portion of fries and the beer. Anyway, El Terebinto was shot wrong. Despite their track record and prestige, they are going to lose this way.
