Empty place is a sign of a bad restaurant. Service was horrible. A few reasons: 1) soup ordered was cold and they had to remake (15mins extra) 2) asked for spoon. Had to wait 5 mins 3) person was sweeping the dust from the floor when we were eating!!! 4) we order the tomato seafood rice dish...very oily and the seafood was not cleaned properly.
