"After the visit to the abbey, we had lunch at Mimie's. All tapas and/or dishes were of good quality and delicious. Perfect quantity with 2 tapas. We also took a knife steak piare. with the best seasoning. for beef fries, a slaughter. Home and quality service. "Need I say more? Aside from returning to Chinon to spend time touring the Chateau and visiting with our new friends, I especially wanted to feast daily on the excellent selections especially the Brioche at Au Plaisir de Chinon. Great selection of the usual croissants, baguettes, gallettes and gourmet chocolates but the Brioche is in my opinion the best I've ever eaten in the world."
