One of the things I liked most about the food is the lightness of touch. Two courses, Choux pastry with trout and wasabi cream, cod with butternut squash, peppery cress and flaked almonds were both full of flavour but not overpowering and the simple unadorned walls and small unpretentious setting (about 26 covers, it gets very busy so book) make this a cosy, comforting experience. This little place, close to the central markets, is always busy, which is usually a good sign. We were greeted and seated promptly and our little westie was welcomed too.
