after several attempts in several pizzerias, this is far better!! my friend took a honey goat ( "the carol") it was super good, well trimmed . and for me it was a very good calzon, also a perfect cooking, the egg was not cooked unlike other pizzeria, the ingredients were really good (his smell was not low-end products ) and the well on which dough really needed all in a pizzeria, it was succes read more.
