It's just a house were you rent a room, things dint work there, were broken, cameras outside the rooms. Has lots of dogs and cats so if you are allergic bad for you, and it's placed in a residential area were there's not much to do if you are a tourist, you would need a car to get to the beach or basically anywhere you wanna go.
