Decided to try this because all our usual haunts were closed this early in the season what a great find! The salads were very interesting and flavourful twists on the usual suspects. The special of the day was pave du boeuf avec sauce morel de jour (in exact French) and was perfectly done and very well presented and the lamb shank was cooked to perfection with a great sauce. A nice surprise that we did not expect in such a tourist place. very fresh products. very rich and very good dishes. Don't miss if you come on the jumping waterfalls or on the rock/seze. on the other hand, think about booking.
