Our friends suggested we stop here when we visit La Scie. We ended up having supper there. It is run by a husband and wife team. Valerie is the cook and a fantastic one at that, plus she is a really sweet person. Larry is great fun to talk to and can spin the stories. The meal that day was just caught cod. We stopped by this lovely little museum while exploring the Baie Verte peinsula area. It's fairly remote but provides a good illustration of the earlier life style in this part of Newfoundland.
