Several things to not give this score... Calling sardines in the plural when they are two halves of a single sardine, I think it would be interesting to put the correct name on the letter. The Raxo seemed like a simple skewer overdone and dry. The salmon tartare is DELICIOUS, but somewhat scarce. THE Timbale of escalivada is good and the sauce is good.
