Very impressed with this Gluten Free Bakery, so far I've tried their dobladitas, rolls and different kinds of loaves, all gluten free. I feel very safe buying here as everything is gluten free, including their desserts and some packaged items! They do use egg and dairy products in some of their breads and desserts and it is not nut free, but the staff are extremely helpful and ready to answer any questions for anyone with further food restrictions.

They use eggs and milk products in some of their breads and desserts and it is not nut-free, but the staff is extremely helpful and willing to answer questions for all with other food restrictions.
