This is the hand-down, no-BS, subjectivity and objectively the BEST RESTAURANT in the REGION. If this place was in Santiago, it would be on top 10 in the country. The food will weep you with Extacy and the service of the waiting staff will you think you are in Peru (mirable and accommodating staff). What User doesn't like about La Casita Del Chef:
Great tasty food. They have a big problem during the high season or at peak hours where food quality drops a lot. Went on a Thursday at 7pm then a Sunday at 2pm, and the experiences were totally different, with dish quality dropping a lot on the Sunday. Hope they fix this. View all feedback.
