I ordered a 4 cheese and found it without flavor. The cheeses used were frades, it lacks roquefort or the history of gorgonzola to recover all this. So I found that there was too much flour left under the dough, but it could be just a matter of taste. I haven't had a chance tonight. Good continuation, View all feedback.
