Very unpleasant welcome. We want two separate beds. So we took a room for 2/4 people. But the hotel charges based on the number of people and not the number of beds in the room. Only one bed was made when we arrived. When we asked to open the sofa bed (which is already in the room) to have a second bed we were asked for an additional 16 euros to make the bed.
