Very good address. The owners are very welcoming and enjoy the very good products of the Basque country, valued by a simple and efficient tapas-style cuisine. Possibility to buy these products because they make fine grocery. "From the staff to the menu, everything was perfect. The daily menu included pig's breast with a delicious honey and fresh mustard seed dressing as well as a variety of thinly sliced radishes. The main dish consisted of perfectly grilled black cod with fried zucchini flower, PaK-Choi and mashed potatoes. The home made mustardy tartar sauce was a great accompaniment. Dessert was chocolate mousse. For my part, I had a lovely Jerusalem artichoke velouté with coddled egg, watercress oil and leaves and homemade croutons. Fabulous. The menu is short and some dishes change every 8 to 10 days. Good selection of wines and the cheese of the day was perfect Saint-Nectaire with pear compote and Grenoble nuts. Better make a reservation."

"As the name states they are specialists on oysters. The quality is excellent and in this location everything is as fresh as is possible, probabaly harvested the same morning. Service is fast and friendly."

"Visited for lunch and had a lovely time with friends. The whole team at Le Tamariou where fantastic, attentive service and great food. Super fresh Oysters, Gambas and clams. "I just went here with a group and it was a wonderful experience! We tasted oysters, shrimp, whelk and pâté of course with local white wine. The surroundings and views make for a very unique experience on Arcachon Bay. Eric and his team do a great job of welcoming people and we got a bonus explanation of how the oysters are raised and farmed. Highly recommended! Food: 5"
