"Consistently good every time though the menu changes regularly. The service is always friendly and efficient. Reservations a must. The absolute best crispy sweetbreads in the region always served with different sauces and accompaniments, today artichokes were lovely with it. The crispy pork appetiser as well as the asparagus were delightful. Only opened from Tuesday to Friday. Outdoor terrace is also available. Reservations strongly recommended.."

"We didn't like a beach hut with views of the basin, possibility of eating or shelter. The 80s, the shrimps the dough with the pepper everything is perfect personal thank you super nice. We didn't have a very good time with the holy bernard who reigns in the seating."

"We ate this noon, the frame is superb and the oysters, shrimps and bushes we tasted were very good. The waitress and owners are very pleasant and welcoming. We were entitled to a small history course on the Arcachon basin, very informative! Next time, we will eat there in the evening not to miss the pretty sunset We highly recommend you!"

"I just went here with a group and it was a wonderful experience! We tasted oysters, shrimp, whelk and pâté of course with local white wine. The surroundings and views make for a very unique experience on Arcachon Bay. Eric and his team do a great job of welcoming people and we got a bonus explanation of how the oysters are raised and farmed. Highly recommended! Food: 5"
