"Beautiful setting for lunch on a terrace over looking the golf course. We had the Entree and Plat for 27Euros. I had the Poulee de champignons etc etc and my husband had the salad followed by the Medaillom de Merlu au beurre rouge etc and my husband had the chicken so between up we had both starters and mains. It was beautifully presented and the service was good. will definitely go again."

"The food was very good indeed. Well-presented, thoughtfully put together and lots of it. We had beef and pork as our two main meals and it was a real struggle to get through the sheer amount of meat. It was succinctly cooked and the sauces were spot on. The desserts were impressive. So often, a restaurant 'mousse de chocolat' is basically no more than you could pick up at a supermarket. This was superb. Layers of chocolate and caramel with a bitter salt crisp in amongst the mixture. Sumptuous! So, what's the beef? When we arrived, we were given bread and a fish pâte. Very nice and thoughtful. The next two sets of customers were obviously known to the owners. They received foie gras canapés (or that's what they Appeared to be from afar as we looked on, tongues metaphorically out). Later, the proprietor took great pains to chat to the customers on each of the tables.... except us. Ok, we're English, but that doesn't mean we can't speak French. And the annoying aspect of this whole encounter was that WE ARE local, having bought a property in the town a year ago (we are making our way around each of the establishments in the resort). So, very good. To be recommended..... but not sure we'll personally return."
