I used the PaPa John's app to order my pizzas and pick up at La Vergne site. I was very pleased with the food quality and the pick-up time. My order is ready before my estimated time. I always pay at the time of picking up. I had no bad experience at this point. I'm shocked to read a dozen bad reviews, but that's their opinion. I will continue to support my local PaPa Johns Pizza.
